Fourth Graders at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church have a fun project involving Communion. As Fourth Graders, in Spring, they get to plant Wheat Seeds into a field. As Fifth Graders, in the Fall, they get to harvest the Wheat, Grind it, and make Communion Bread.
This Communion Bread is then served that Sunday. Some say it is the "Best Bread of the Year"!
